Return Process

    Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific items.

    Package Your Items

    Securely pack the defective or unopened electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included.

  • 3.
    Ship to Our Warehouse

    Affix the provided RMA shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent to our quality control department.

  • 4.
    Verification and Credit

    Once our technicians verify the defect or condition of the returned goods, we will issue a store credit or process a replacement shipment within 3-5 business days.
